Pomp & Sass ships our Turkish towels wrapped in tissue paper, packaged in cardboard boxes. We do not use plastic tape, poly bags or other plastic devices.
Our carriers of choice are UPS and Canada Post.
We ship within 2-3 business days excluding holidays. Shipping delays are uncommon and posted on our home page when necessary.
